3. Electromagnetic: cell phones/computers/ microwaves
4. Mental: emotions/thoughts
5. Nutritional: overeating/underrating/poor food quality
6. Thermal: extreme fluctuations in body temperature
Your comprehensive health inventory will help identify your primary stressors and a plan will be developed to reach your goals.
The Process…
Step 1: Evaluation and Program Design
Detailed assessments will help us gather the information we need to design your program in the safest and most efficient way possible. A comprehensive evaluation consists of the following:
* Advanced Metabolic Typing Assessment
* Comprehensive Physical Evaluation of posture, range of motion, movement skills and core strength and conditioning.
* Total Health & Stress Inventory
Step 2: Instruction
You will be coached on every component of your Physical Excellence Program. No stone will be left untured so be prepared for a life changing educational experience.
Step 3: Follow-up
Once your program has been created, you will then schedule your follow up visits according to your specific needs.
